The UpSide of Downs is a non-profit charitable organization founded in the United States in 1998 by a group of families with children who have Down syndrome. It qualifies under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the UpSide of Downs are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The UpSide of Downs was organized to serve two missions:

• To provide positive, current, hands-on information regarding Down syndrome, free of charge, to all parents and soon-to-be parents of babies with Down syndrome.
• To contribute financially toward scientific research into Down syndrome.
